In episode 58 Quinn and Megan discuss why we as adults have the need to provide a justification or downplay our wins. Seriously, take it... You have worked hard for what you have accomplished. There are now gold medals or blue ribbons for playing down your wins. With that being said, celebrate the wins of others. Seriously in your your F word years its now more important then ever to acknowledge anyone making it happen around you.
In episode 57 of Justifying the F Word Quinn and Megan talk about the power of 1% incremental change. If you think about it, nothing was built overnight! Everything you requires small incremental growth. So do not get bumbed out if what you are looking to achieve does not happen overnight. Stop looking for the end and start focusing on small measurable gains.
